Hello Hello,
I’m Ben Aldercast.
I'm a classically trained actor and singer with experience in multiple mediums. I graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in 2013, and I've held lead roles Off-Broadway, in nationally-recognized Webshows, and as a Voice-Over Artist.
Born Benjamin Shuman, I moved from small-town Cassville, Missouri to sunny Los Angeles to pursue my passions, and I am grateful to have since been rewarded for my dedication to my craft.
My first recognized role came while still in college. Working alongside a friend of mine, Maximillian Miles Christiansen, I appeared in his Capcom-Sponsored web series "Assist Me!" in both voice-over and on-camera capacities.
Straight out of college, I booked a leading role in Innappropriate: The Musical which continued on to an Off-Broadway debut a year later under the name One Day: The Musical.
My classical training as a singer has given me a great deal of vocal control and expressiveness, which I enjoy putting into my work every time I get into the booth.
I've come a long way, but my story is only just beginning.
